About the Role:

As the School Support Lead, you will be responsible for account management of our school partnerships in the region. You will work closely with the Growth Development Manager and market teams to seek opportunities and overcome challenges for your school partners. You will be the voice of and liaison with our partners. You will be the lead in identifying opportunities for increasing school utilization and engagement and deepening our relationships with our partners.

This is a remote position, but requires that applicants be within 20 minutes of Atlanta, Raleigh-Durham, Washington DC, Baltimore, Wilmington, or Philadelphia. You must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time. Travel varies by season.

You will:

  • Work cross-functionally to plan and implement successful school launches and optimize the customer experience for school staff.
  • Track and analyze partner and market-level data to monitor school and student penetration and participation, identify trends and report out data to cross functional teams and Growth Team.
  • Work on administrative tasks for the department.
  • Develop and manage the relationships with school administrators and ensure that the lunch program is meeting their desired goals.
  • Review customer utilization and work with the Growth Development Managers to drive upsells or inform of at-risk customers.
  • Cover Customer Experience, communicating directly with our customers, one day per week.

You must have:

  • Experience with B2B or B2C Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, or School Relationships
  • A strong bias towards collaboration and action with an interest in working with a cross functional team.
  • Experience using data to inform decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • A reliable, personal vehicle, great driving record, & car insurance

You must be:

  • Highly organized and able to adapt to evolving priorities
  • A relationship-focused, strong communicator with the ability to implement and manage relationships with school partners
  • Clear-headed under pressure
  • Proactive on solving problems with market teams to best serve school partners, using the data available to proactively anticipate needs and challenges
  • Reliable, punctual, professional, and presentable
  • Passionate about quality service and school nutrition

Bonus Points:

  • If you have a strong understanding of school networks or school decision making.
  • Experience working with school administrators, parent-teacher organizations, and/or educational organizations
